When you try to access any system it asks you a password, which you can only know if the owner of other computer tells you and it the best thing is that it randomly generates every time TeamViewer runs. So, if anybody comes to know the password, no need to worry about it. If you want to share your desktop with a trusted friend of you, then you can store a password in your client and tell that person. Whenever he will try to access your system, only self generated password would be enough.
You can also chat with others while accessing their desktop from toolbar at the top of the window.
