I have used Cyberscrub for years, but finally had my fill of the worst customer support I have ever encountered. I fanactically do a clean install on my computer every 6-8 months. It is always a nightmare to get Cyberscrub activated. Now, apparently, they have changed something in their snooping practices and deactivated a license that has 10 months left on it. There are better products out there–this is not a product that I would ever buy again (or for that matter use for free).
