Create your private file-sharing (P2P) network to exchange large files with your friends. Only the users you have invited will see the files (and folders) you share. Your friends can browse through the shared folders on your hard drive and vice-versa. All exchanges are strongly encrypted. Interrupted exchanges automatically resume with no data loss.

Unlike other P2P programs in which everyone is connected to everyone, in GigaTribe you only connect with your tribe, i.e. with the custom list of friends who you have invited, similarly to as it is done in most messaging programs today.
This limits the amount of available files miserably, but also has more Privacy and faster access to what you want to download. There is no limitation of quantity or file size because the files are kept on your hard disc and you can share complete folder even entire hard drive. It also saves your time and you don’t any need to upload your files to hosting servers for your contacts.
GigaTribe is not only just a file sharing application. You can also chat with your friends, can create your user profile and also can post blog entries, all from within its wonderful and attractive interface.
It can be useful for friends with common interests although the limitations of the free version do quite less attractive.
