The program has an attractive interface that you can view all your information very clearly, and access its functions through intuitive menus.

In To Do module, you can point all those tasks, appointments, and events that you can not forget you. Each task can have different priority, programmed to their repetition period of time and a totally custom skin.

The Notes module lets you save brief annotations on what you want, organize them in a hierarchical list, and with support for text, inclusion of tables, images, etc.

Finally, the Contacts module is able to extract data directly from Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express allows you to add custom fields and includes a built-in search engine.

All the information you include in EssentialPIM can be password-protected and can also be exported to other formats such as HTML, RTF, TXT, etc. Who needs additional features such as encryption or Outlook synchronization must revert to the paid EssentialPIM Pro version.
