Review:
Eraser is a utility designed to permanently erase sensitive data from your hard disk. The freeware eliminates files, folders, browser cache, cookies and then overrides the space on your hard disk.
When you delete a file, free a sector on the hard disk but file is not actually deleted. Remains somewhat occult and using data recovery software you may still retrieve it. This poses a threat to your privacy, especially if you share your computer with other people.
Eraser is intuitive utility to permanently delete a file. Simply drag it to the interface and Eraser will remove all traces of the data by overwriting that portion of the disc with random data (35 times using default Gutmann method).
