NetBalancer Pro allows you to define a level of priority to processes that make use of the internet by preventing one or more of them from capturing the entire available bandwidth.
During a working session to your computer’s normal hold several applications are open. Many of them connect to the Internet and use more or less massive bandwidth, as in the case of P2P software. Especially if you don’t have a very fast ADSL, you can use NetBalancer Pro, a program that breaks the band on the basis of a system of priorities assigned to processes.
Using this mechanism, will increase or decrease the speed of download/upload of individual applications. This is particularly useful when you use multiple programs. The severity level menu of the program also helps you increase or decrease with a slider bar.
NetBalancer Pro shows system processes in use. But by activating a specific option you can filter and display only those that use the network. The NetBalancer Pro Task Manager shows various information including the number of active connections, the download and upload traffic in real time of individual processes, CPU usage and clearly the priority given to the process. NetBalancer Pro can be started with Windows and allows you to set a specific bandwidth limit.
The program has a system of priorities to put to each process, from very high to total blocking traffic to a process. You can manage the bandwidth for each network interface.
