Yahoo! links to Facebook

Yahoo! has announced a new step in its efforts to integrate social networking services. Now, it will be possible to link a Yahoo! account to a Facebook account.

Those who connect their accounts will see Facebook updates in the Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Homepage and other Yahoo websites and vice versa. Who generate content in Yahoo services such as Flickr may share their contributions through Facebook.

In addition, Yahoo! has renewed management of profiles to make easier the privacy settings and provide a central control panel for managing networks.
