Ubuntu Control Center is an application that gathers several features and Ubuntu system settings in one interface. This way the user does not need to open multiple Windows or access various menus to change a system option, simply open this practical application. The program brings different settings and options, such as Software Management, Hardware, Network & Internet, System, Local Disks and Account Preferences.

Options Offered
With Ubuntu Control Center the user has access to various system options. For example, you can set firewall settings, add or remove fonts, modify the login screen preferences, set the default applications for each file extension and change settings for grub, all by clicking on the “System” option.
In “Account preferences”, the user can change settings that relate to the appearance of the system, how to apply the famous Ubuntu Visual effects or change the screen saver. But if you want to change the keyboard layout or stir in sound settings, use “Hardware” tab.
Ubuntu Control Center also brings a lot of options for the disk. To have access to them click on “Local Disks”. There are many options and settings that can be accessed via the Ubuntu Control Center.
