How to Send Large Files by E-mail?

Most mail servers impose a limitation of the size of files to send message. Use Pando software that allows sending large files by email. The recipient of your message will also need to download the software to open files.

Step 1: Download Pando.

Step 2: Once the download is complete, start the installation and follow the instructions.

Step 3: To send a new message, click the blue “Share new” button and then click Email.

Step 4: A new window appears. Enter the e-mail address of the recipient in “To” field. Then click the Browse button to select file to send. A navigation tab will appear on the left side of your screen. Browse files and double-click that you want to send. Add a title to your attachment by typing package name. You can then add Subject and message. Once all fields are completed, click the green send button at the top of your screen.

Step 5: The software will ask you to fill in your name and your e-mail address and then enter a confirmation code.

Step 6: You’ll see a window showing the progress of sending your file on the server.

Step 7: You will receive a copy of the email sent to your Inbox. The recipient can click the attachment link in the message. Pando will automatically open and the recipient will see a window similar to that sent file download progress.

You can choose between two options, Pro and Free version. With Pro version you can share files up to 3GB in size and with Free version you can share files up to 1 GB in size. Furthermore, there are no ads in Pro version and also you can password protect your files.
