Browsers solved the problem of opening multiple windows with a simple measure of grouping multiple windows via tabs. The measure also ensures more agility in their chores, but unfortunately this system has not been adopted by the Microsoft Office.

OfficeTab is a simple and discreet application that groups several Office documents in a single window using tabs. Much more time saving during editing your texts, spreadsheets and presentations.

OfficeTab adheres to three Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You won’t need to worry about little intuitive settings. Simply run the installation and Microsoft programs will support a system of tabs same like different browsers.

OfficeTab proved to be a quite customizable. The Preferences window that opens at the end of the installation, you can choose the default embedded color, appearance, position, hotkeys and other preferences there. The same options can be found by right-clicking on the tabs.

Certainly, the program had Firefox as inspiration, because the tabs behave quite similarly. To add a new document, double-click a blank space and to close a tab, press the mouse over it. When you close Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint, OfficeTab displays a save reminder for each of the tabs.
