Fluent Notepad Beta 3
Often you need a simple and functional text editor without all the functions offered by software packages such as Microsoft Office. All you want is to write without worrying about formatting, indentation and alignment of separate paragraphs, bullets or special characters. Fluent Notepad was developed for people with these needs.
Despite being used for so many years, Notepad has not evolved significantly in relation to standards and aesthetic needs of users. Thinking about it, the Fluent Notepad kept the main features of Notepad document under an improved interface. Thus, the user has access to change the font of the text, buttons to undo or redo changes, copy, cut and paste text and alignment.
All options for change of style, such as font type, bold, italic, justified paragraphs and font size are applied to the entire text, not allowing editing paragraphs individually. Thus, the focus of attention remains on the text, not the appearance that the text has. The menus of the program are based on the interface of Office 2010 and are very clear in its purpose and intuitive to use. The presented functions don’t have sub functions.
To improve the use of Fluent Notepad with small screens, a function to hide the top menu is included. Thus, once set the font size, alignment and other settings, you can remove the display format to expand the editor window. The space savings on screen makes Fluent Notepad perfect for netbooks or laptops with small screen. Remember, Fluent Notepad is under development, so you can contact the developer of the program by clicking on “Feedback” in the File menu.
There are some functions defined in the interface that has not yet been implemented. These are changing the color of the text, search and wrap. These features will be included in later versions of Fluent Notepad.
