AIMP 2.61 Build 583
AIMP is a player that in many respects resembles the more traditional players such as Winamp. But the main difference among others is the function of ripping CDs and converting audio instantly. AIMP has some features which are very interesting, such as beautiful and simple design, the ability to be minimized to the system tray, various skins available, functions controlled by keyboard shortcuts and many more.
Another very interesting feature of AIMP is the ability to be installed as a portable, which means you can install it on a mobile device and take it anywhere. AIMP also features integration with various plug-ins and the ability to be updated automatically whenever a new version arrives without the need for manual update.
Within minutes you can become familiar with the player, including the innovative features. The most striking feature at first sight is a list of songs (playlist), which has markers for you to enable / disable songs by the time you want. Another advantage is the pagination of playlists, which allows the user to create multiple playlists and navigate between them quickly. Crossfade effect is enabled by default, which means that when a song is ending the volume is decreasing while the next song’s volume is increasing. If you do not like this feature, simply go to the “Options” and uncheck “Use fading” in Playback tab.
The formats of audio files that can read playlist are varied, such as MP1, MP2, MP3, OGG, WMA, WAV, FLAC, APE, XM, WV, APE, MID, UMX and many others. Moreover, it works with playlists in M3U, PLA, PLC and PLS format. You can access the player’s functions via hotkeys, which makes the music experience much more dynamic. You can increase / decrease volume, forward / back music or play and stop song among other commands.
AIMP holds prominent additional tools, such as a converter, an audio recorder and label editor. Here are the best features of each:

With audio converter, you can rip your music CDs or even convert, for example the songs in WMA to MP3. The codecs that can be applied in the conversions are for MP3, OGG, WAV and WMA. You can also change the frequency, bit rate and mode (mono or stereo).
Recorder
Just as the audio converter, recorder supports the four most popular music formats as input and provides several output options. You can change frequently, input (microphone, speaker etc.), Volume, quality, processing rate (CBR, VBR and ABR) and bit rate.
