FormatFactory is a tool that allows batch processing a series of files for conversion between different formats. No matter whether they are videos, audio files or images, FormatFactory can work with them. FormatFactory is one of the most intuitive programs to accomplish the conversion task. Its best feature is the ease in using it, even for those who’ve never dealt with applications of this genre.
Video
The first group of conversion of the application is designed to convert videos, with support for multiple formats widely used by users. You do not have to worry about the input file type, as it converts almost all formats to what you want. Thus, simply choose the output file format such as AVI or WMV. In the next window, add the videos of your choice and select output folder. You can access “Output Settings” to select or customize any of the predefined conversion profiles. Finally, click OK to return to the previous window and click “Start” button.
Audio
All the features described in the previous section also apply to audio conversion functions of FormatFactory. You can convert your songs and tracks to MP3, WMA, AAC, OGG, WAV and many other well known formats.
Again, all you have to do is choose your audio files, select output folder, conversion profile and click “Start” button.
Image
You can also convert your images to most popular formats such as JPG, BMP and PNG within minutes. The big difference is the customization of image files, such as you can set size limit and other data to the output file in profile settings.
You can also join audio and video clips with FormatFactory. Furthermore, you can automatically shutdown computer after completing the conversion task simply by clicking “After Converting Shut Down Computer” option at the bottom of the main window of FormatFactory.
