Boxoft PDF to Word is a simple tool that allows the user to convert PDF files to be compatible with Microsoft Word. Using this software, you can convert PDF files to editable Word documents, preserving all the original elements such as texts, images and layout of columns and rows.
There are two ways that the program offers to modify PDF files. In “Batch Convert Mode”, the user simply selects which documents to convert, without any limits to the number of files that can be converted. In “Hot Directories Mode”, you can select a folder to be monitored and any PDF document included there will be automatically transformed. In addition to these two basic modes, there is also a “Command Line Mode” for advanced users, which allows you to use the windows command line to perform modifications. This mode is a bit more complicated than others, but makes it possible to conduct a series of additional settings that are not available through other software options.
What disappoints is the limited number of configuration options and the impossibility to show a preview of the final result. In addition, the interface is not always pleasant and often it is impossible to return to previous steps, forcing to restart the program if you chose an unwanted field.
