YouTube is one of the best places to watch all kinds of videos and now with support for videos in HD, it became even better. Go! YouTube Snagger is a free program for Windows that offers an easy way to download videos from YouTube in HD or with the quality you specify.
Go! YouTube Snagger’s interface is simple and easy to use. The first thing you need to do is paste the address of the YouTube video. Then choose the quality of the video and click “Add video” to add it to download queue. To start the download of the videos, click on the “Download Videos…” button.
Whenever you add a video to download, the program asks you to enter the folder where the video should be saved. To skip this step, set the default folder options for Go! YouTube Snagger. After configuring this option, the new downloaded videos are automatically saved in the selected folder. When you click download, the program opens a new window that shows the download progress. Once the download is complete, you can open the folder or start playing the video. YouTube videos can be downloaded in FLV or MP4 format (if available) and you can also select the resolution.
