BizAgi Process Modeler 1.6.1.0
BizAgi Process Modeler is a tool for creating flowcharts, maps, diagrams and allows users to graphically organize various processes and relations. This structuring is an effective way to show a process as a whole, identifying problems and pointing out the solution to them.
The concepts are arranged in boxes and relations between them are specified through link phrases, which join each of the concepts. The program interface is very intuitive and modern, containing all the tools for creating diagrams and flowcharts on the side of the screen. To insert an object, simply select and drag it to the field of creation.
Basic and Advanced Module
BizAgi Process Modeler offers two modes of use (basic and advanced), set through the “Mode” option, located at the top of the program. In Basic Mode streamlined objects are found for the inclusion of tasks, processes, decisions, signs of the beginning and end of the stream among others. Advanced mode exposes the same options; however it contains subdivisions to draw the custom flowchart. For example: to add a task, you can set whether this is a task related to a service, targeted to a user, etc. Beside each icon there is a handle, which must be opened for verification of other advanced options. The connectors for connection, which will give direction to the flow, are also available.
Viewing models, processes and all relationships between them can be distinguished by color, making the more detailed and graphical representation. After the creation of maps and workflows, the project can be saved in PNG, JPG, BMP, DOC, or PDF.
