Convert and resize multiple images with ImBatch

ImBatch is a free program for windows that offers a quick and easy way to convert and resize images in batch. With ImBatch you can resize your photos before posting them in a social network, or before sending them by email and convert them into different image formats, etc.

The program supports all popular image formats, including BMP, DIB, TIF, TIFF, GIF, JPG, JPEG, JPE, JIF, PCX, PNG, WBMP, ICB, TGA, JP2, J2K, JPC, J2C, DCX, DAT, PSD, WDP, HDP and various others.

ImBatch is very easy to use. Click the small (+) button to add the images. The added images are displayed with the thumbnail, name, type, size and source folder. Then add tasks by clicking “Add Task”. The task “Save As” allows you to convert images to other formats, “Resize” enables you to resize the images and “Rotate” allows you to rotate the images.

After you add a task, you must configure it. Using “Resize” task, you can modify the image height and width while maintaining the aspect ratio, change the DPI and choose the resize filter. In the “Save As” task, you can set the output file name, image format and destination folder. We recommend that you choose a folder different from the original because the original images are not overwritten.

The tasks should be placed in a logical sequence. For example, the task of resizing should come before the “Save As” task. Use the up and down arrows to reorder the list of tasks. After you configure the tasks, click large green button to start processing of the images.
