Android occupies almost 50% of the world smartphone market

The world of smartphones is phenomenal and the fight continues between just two; on the one hand Google with Android and other Apple with iOS. Company Canalys estimates, the market of smartphones grew in all regions of the world. Overall, the market of smartphones grew about 73%, with more than 107 million units sold in the second quarter of this year.

Skype for iPad coming soon

A video of the new and long awaited application Skype for iPad leaked on the internet, as reported by  TUAW (The Unofficial Apple Weblog).
